I was sent a Bizu Style Studio to try out for Blog Match. Bizu is a new creation by Spinmaster which is suitable for ages 6+.
We opened the box and was greeted with these contents.
There was instructions include on how to thread the beads, but we didn’t find the instructions for putting the storage tower together very clear.
Brooke is 7 and needed adult assistance to assemble the storage tower, in fact it took three of us to put it together and figure out how to use it, it just didn’t seem very clear to us. But once it was completed then it was done, and there is no need to take it apart again. The storage tower also spins. The idea is that you put the beads in the holes and then simply spin the tower until you get to the animal sequence you want to make, then simply drop them out.
Once it was sorted Brooke couldn’t wait to make one of the cute animals she had seen on the side of the box.
So she got the beading tool and put an elastic on and started threading on the animal pieces, with a little bit of help from us, she had a bracelet.
Brooke loved wearing her creation
We then found out you can simply twist the bracelet and it turns into an animal!
Bizu is quite a fiddly toy, but I love the storage tower, too many times toys come with no storage and the pieces get lost. Bizu is perfect for children who can sit still and concentrate, just like Brooke. It has the cute factor, and even the tidying up is fun with the spinning storage tower. It was a hit with Brooke, and I am sure she will have many fays of fun creating different creations.
